Twin Towns & Surrounding Towns and Villages

Horsted Keynes has been twinned with Cahagnes in Normandy since the Twinning Oath was signed by the two villages on 15th May 1971 committing the two villages "To maintain permanent bonds between our two municipalities, to promote exchanges of all kinds between their inhabitants with the aim of fostering, through greater mutual understanding, the true spirit of European brotherhood."
