Street Lighting

The West Sussex County document ""Lighting of Developer-Promoted Highway Schemes in West Sussex Street (28 April 2022) has a map entitled "West Sussex Dimmed and Part Night Lighting Map (by Parish)" which shows Horsted Keynes as "NO LIGHTING", which reflects the longstanding policy of no street lighting provision in the village.
